
Designees, candidates, industry affiliates, and service providers are invited to attend the Louisiana Chapter's first education and networking opportunity for 2026.
The afternoon will start at the Pan American Life Center at 1:00 pm with a session on STDB + AI Power Workshop: Real Deals, Real Tools, Real Results. Turn Site To Do Business (STDB) into a revenue-generating engine instead of another unused login. Class ends at 4:00 pm.
We will then celebrate the 2026 Officers and Board of Directors, introduce new designees, and recognize our 2025 CCIM scholarship recipients and 2025/2026 annual investors. Cocktail hour begins at 6:00 pm with dinner at 7:00 pm starting with a short program and concluding by 9:00 pm.

STDB + AI Power Workshop (3 hours CE) | $75
Senior CCIM Instructor Mark Cypert, CCIM will demonstrate practical AI workflows that simplify and supercharge STDB functionality. The course will use two real-in market case studies:
Office Leasing – Landlord Strategy (New Orleans example)
Retail Site/Location Analysis – Baton Rouge example
If you’ve ever felt STDB was too complex or took too much time to learn, this workshop will “translate” everything into plain, broker-friendly workflows you can use immediately.
