8:45 am | Tournament begins

12:30 pm | Awards & Networking. Prizes will be awarded to: 1st, 2nd & 3rd top teams.

Registration Fees

Team (4 people) - $500/ per team

Individual Shooter - $200 / per person and will be randomly assigned to a team


Lunch & Networking -
$25/per person for chapter members
$50/non-members

    • Looking for (1) title sponsor
    • Sponsor signage throughout the event and featured on the event site and social channels
    • (2) Team registrations included. Can be filled directly by title sponsor or gifted to sponsor's choice of team
    • (1) Station sponsorship included and equiped with tent, table and chairs
    • Co-branded shooter gift provided to each attendee or ability to provide company swag to attendees
    • List of attendees and chapter membership roster following the event
    • Complimentary chapter membership to (1) company representative for 2025
    • Premier directory and contact listing of Chapter preferred vendors

  • Lunch Sponsor | SOLD

    • Looking for 1 additonal sponsor here
    • Logo on signage and a dedicated display table/exhibit space at the event 
    • Representative registration at event and time before lunch to talk about services or introduce key company contacts
    • Mention in all chapter communications about the event to teams
    • The chapter will work with the sponsor to provide any other benefits that best match the organization's or company's needs. 

  • Raffle Sponsor | $1,000

    • Looking for 2 sponsors.
    • This would go toward the purchase of raffle items. Raffle items have been a variety of gifts. 
    • Company recognition throughout tournament promotions and communications

  • Ammo Sponsor | $2,000

    • Looking for a single sponsor for ammo to include both 12 guage and 20 guage shells for tournament 
    • Logo on signage and a dedicated ammo pick up station to be branded to company
    • Mention in all chapter communications about the event to teams
    • The chapter will work with the sponsor to provide benefits that best match the organization's or company's needs. 

  • Team Sponsor | $1,500

    • Company logo on promotional materials and media
    • Sponsor signage throughout event and posted on website and social channels
    • (1) Team registration included with ammo supplied 
    • Ability to provide marketing swag or items for attendees at a dedicated station
    • Complimentary pass for company representatives to attend

  • Team Registration | $500

    Includes 4 shooters in the tournament

    *Ammo is not supplied unless Chapter secures ammo sponsorship

  • Station Sponsor | $150

    • Logo recognition on signage at a station on the sporting clay course
    • Option to set up at assigned station 
    • (1) complimentary pass for company representatives to attend and network
